It’s your choice: Are you pro-active or re-active?

A lot of people wait until there is an issue before they seek support, my challenge to you is to be pro-active.  Below there are 3 resources all designed with this in mind, to help increase your understanding of stress and how it impacts on your life.

Completing questionnaires can be very beneficial and improve your self-awareness.  They can go on to give you a helping push towards making positive changes in your life.

The Satisfaction with Life Scale was developed to assess satisfaction with people’s lives as a whole and only takes a few minutes to complete.

The Mindful Attention Awareness Scale is a 15-item scale designed to assess a core characteristic of dispositional mindfulness, namely, open or receptive awareness of and attention to what is taking place in the present.  The measure takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete and can be beneficial for you well-being when acted upon appropriately.
