How To Feel More Confident

Sports Psychology Tips: How To Feel More Confident

Robbie Thompson is a personal trainer and lifestyle coach who has supported a large range of clients from mums, dads, business owners, teachers, dentists, to professional athletes, actors and celebrities.

During his 12 years in the fitness industry his role has changed from a Personal Trainer who helps people get in shape, to a coach who works with busy, high performing people to upgrade how they look, feel and perform in all areas of their lives.

Working with such a huge range of people and seeing the very different requirements, restrictions and challenges that they face has given Robbie valuable insights into how health and wellbeing works in the real world.   This has allowed him to develop strategies that stand up to the requirements of the lives of very busy, high performing people.
