Many people get injured for periods and can’t play their sport through no fault of their own. If you only play one sport, the pressures of having to perform and improve can be exhausting for some children too. As a result, it is very easy to forget the reasons why you play and the benefits of playing sport. Encourage your child to talk about their experiences.

- If I couldn’t play my sport for one month I’d feel?
