In this video I share with you some suggestions on how you as a parent could approach helping your children, in this case a young fighter deal with pre-bout nerves.

Ideas include considering how a confident fighter thinks, looks and behaves and your role as a parent before, during and after fights to embed the behaviours that you would like your children to adopt.
