How To Create Helpful Eating Habits To Benefit Your Sport Performance

Ellen McDermott is a fully qualified Performance Nutritionist working primarily in the realm of endurance sports such as cycling, running and triathlon. 

She loves helping people get the very most out of their performance, whatever level their at.

Ellen also trains and competes at an international level for cycling on the road and gravel. Her favourite place to train is Calpe in Spain and racing in Italy at the World Gravel Championships last year was an experience she’ll never forget!
